Chasing dreams

I have been chasing the dream of becoming a falconer for a very long time. I have finally came to a place in life that will allow me to make that dream a reality. I passed my state falconry exam and facilities inspection this past Friday. 

Now to mail the paperwork off tomorrow. 

Also I'd like to introduce myself. I'm an outdoorsman who grew up chasing ducks in the sloughs of western kentucky every winter and fishing in farm ponds during the summers. My dream one day is to take ducks with a falcon. 

I'm writing this blog to share my experience. Ian in no way claiming to be a professional, I still have a lot to learn! 

I look forward to sharing my falconry adventures as well as any other adventures that are worthy of sharing with ya'all.
